What is Walk Straight?
There is nothing like experiencing inhibition, chronic pain, and physical limitations as a child to inspire a mindset of urgency and prevention. In Walk Straight, I weave observations, relevant personal stories, and data with the concepts, framework, and detailed strategies behind my own physical success and that of my clients. The result is a super accessible thesis of sorts that aims to reframe how we think about and inhabit our bodies. Each “chapter” builds on the last, guiding the reader back to the beginning and toward straightforward answers hiding in plain sight.
